My name is Krystal Angel and I have known Natalie Maciel for about 1 year. She was a student of mine
at El Capitan High School, where I am a Mathematics teacher. This is a position, in which I have held for
over 10 years, and two years elsewhere. I also teach Senior Seminar and have taught this course for 2
years here at ECHS.

I am writing to recommend that you consider Natalie Maciel for any or all schools she applies for, or
scholarships in which she meets requirements. In my few years of experience, some individuals stand
out for their great qualities and Natalie is one of those people. She is well known for her ambitious,
reliable and intelligent personality. She is well respected throughout the classroom as a student who is
on time, helps out, and is always working harder to better herself. She always makes it a point to
communicate any problems and always asks for assistance if she is faced with difficulty.

Natalie Maciel has her goals set on a career as a therapist. She plans on majoring in Psychology.

Natalie has a 2.3 GPA. She competed in track and cross country her freshman year. She is working on
improving her communication skills. She isn't the first in her family to attend college but she plans to
be the first to finish and make something of herself.

In summation, due to her great attitude, dedication, and excellent potential, I would heartily
recommend that you accept Natalie Maciel for any and all colleges or scholarships so that she can
further her education and reach her goals. I am sure that she will not let you down.
