FOODS PERMITTED: -
Green leafy vegetables.
Normal food consumption
Lentils, quinoa, Leafy vegetables, Clear soups.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: -

• Avoid Alcohol and Fried Foods.
•Eat A Wide Variety of Foods.
• Fish And Chicken or Preferred to Meet.
• Consume Complex Carbs Instead of Simple Sugars.
• Instead Of Juices Have Raw Fruits.
•Timely Intake of Meals And In Between Snacks.
• The Diet Should Include Legumes Whole Grains and Fenugreek Seeds.
• Green Leafy Vegetables Should Be Consumed in Large Quantity.
