DESCRIPTION

Ricovis 82204 is a blend of carrageenan, emulsifiers and other hydrocolloid gums standardized with monosaccharide. It
is stable in neutral or alkali medium and insoluble in alcohol and other organic solvents.

APPLICATION

For ice cream and similar applications.

POTENTIAL BENEFITS

1. Serves as stabilizer and emulsifier for ice cream.


2. Improves melting resistance, viscosity and reduces ice crystal formation.
3. Provides excellent milk protein reactivity, stability and smooth mouthfeel.

DIRECTION FOR USE

Premix 0.3 – 0.6% of Ricovis 82204 with dry ingredients.

PURITY AND LEGAL STATUS

Ricovis 82204 conforms to the definition and specifications from JECFA (FAO/WHO), FDA 21 CFR and European
Commission Regulation 231/2012/EC. However, we recommend that the user ensure that this product is in compliance with
the local regulations in force, particularly in the country where the product is to be consumed.

PACKAGING

25 kg multi-walled paper or Kraft bags with Polyethylene liner.

STORAGE

Store in a cool dry place. Shelf life of product is 2 years from manufacturing date.

CERTIFICATIONS

Non-GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) and Allergen-free as well as HALAL and KOSHER Certificates can be issued
upon request.

It is advisable for the end user to perform own test to determine suitability of the product for their intended use and processing
conditions. Technical data contained herein are given only as a guide and may be different from customer’s results due to different
testing methods, and should not be considered as a warranty of any kind.
