GE 2 – Understanding the Self

Performance task requirement

Mechanics:
1. The students are required to submit an output as their final requirement for
their performance task in the subject Understanding the Self. The output-
based requirement is “Podcasting Activity”. This activity will specifically use
conversational/co-hosted podcast format.
2. Each pair may choose only one topic to be used. The following are the list of
topics;
a. Self-confidence: A way to live a better and happy life.
b. Balancing religious activities and academic demands. What to
prioritize?
c. Gender stereotyping: How to avoid and solve it?
d. Standing up to HIV stigma.
e. Infatuation, greatest love, and true love: The love everyone
deserves.
f. Life security: Financial advices and budgeting techniques.
g. Taking care of our body: A secret to become beautiful.

3. The project should be done by pair. Students have the autonomy to choose
their partner.
4. The medium to be used is English only. Please be guided by the criteria
attached. (The criteria is adopted from https://www.plu.edu/dhlab/wp-
content/uploads/sites/330/2018/10/podcast-rubrics-google-docs.pdf)
5. Outputs should be saved in one flash drive only and make sure all entries are
complete before submitting it. Deadline of submission is on or before May 27,
2024. Late submission means no output.
6. Failure to submit the requirement will reflect an INC or Incomplete mark.
