Phone Models and Versions →
Before you start unlocking your phones,
you must check the phone model and version.
Why is this important?
Because the unlock procedure is not the same
for all models and versions.
How to check the phone version?

If the phone model is 8110 or 8120,
turn on the phone and type:
277634#*# and you will see a secret menu.
Choose option 6 – “SW Ver.Info”, then press OK.
If the phone model is 8130 or 8138,
turn on the phone and type:
47328545454# and you will see a secret menu.
Choose option 6 – “SW Ver.Info” then press OK.
There are 3 different unlock procedures.
 Unlock Procedure →
Select your phone model and press the Selected phone info button.
When the phone goes to boot, on the screen there apears:
• Phone Imei
Unlock method 1
If the phone model is 8110 (all versions),
8120, 8130 or 8138 (old versions),
just press the Generate Codes button,
wait for the software to generate the codes,
then disconect the phone from the cable,
reconect the battery and turn on the phone .
Then type 2945#*88110# and the phone will
ask you for the unlock code.
Enter your code and the phone is unlocked.
If after this procedure the phone is not unlocked,
then type 277634#*#
and you will see a secret menu.
Choose option 1 – “Factory Reset “ and reset the phone.
Unlock method 3
If the phone model is 8130 or 8138, V102+ or V106+
(or on its label after the imei number you see the ( R ) sign)
you will need to:
• Downgrade only the “Drive C” to an earlier version.
• Use the unlock method 2
• Reset the phone if it is necessary
The user lock will be reset to its default value: 0000.
• CID • PAF
Unlock method 2
If the phone model is 8120, 8130
or 8138 (newest versions),
just press the Generate Codes button,
wait for the software to generate the codes,
then disconect the phone from the cable,
reconnect the battery and turn on the phone.
Then type 2945#*88110# and the phone will ask you
for your unlock codes.
If the phone does not allow you to enter the unlock codes
you will need to connect the phone to the cable again
and use the Reset Codes option.
The software will reset the unlock codes to 00000000
and set the lock flag to locked status.
Reconect the battery and turn on the phone,
type 2945#*88110# and the phone will ask you
for your unlock codes.
Enter 00000000 and your phone is unlocked.
Please note:
If after sending loader the software displays
the following error message:
“Generate codes error: 0002”,
you should Backup EE and Reset EE.
Please read the ‘Read, Write, Backup and Restore” section
below.

 How to Flash Phones →

How to flash, upgrade or downgrade the phone software?
Connect the phone to the cable,
select the phone model and select the Flash tab.
Select:
• The phone file, in this case:
U8100_phone_wcdma_4mbram.ssw
• The Drive C file, in this case:
drive_c.ssw
Of course, you can flash any of these files separately:
select only the file which you want to write to the phone,
for example the “Drive C” file and press the Flash button.
How to deselect a flash file?
Mark the flash file name and press the backspace button.
On the picture above, all flash files are selected,
in which case all of them will be written to the phone.

• The Drive Media file, in this case:

drive_media.ssw

• The FS (file system) file , in this case:

FS_Rec_Austria.ssw

Then press the Flash button.

Read, Write, Backup and Restore →
Read Flash / Write flash for advanced users only!
This option enables you to read
and write flash from custom address.
Connect the phone to the cable,
in the Start Address field enter your start address
and in the Length field enter the length of the file,
then click the Read Flash button,
enter the file name and click Save.
Backup All
Connect the phone to the cable,
press the Backup All button,
enter the file name and save the file.

Flash address has the “hex” format.
The flash start is mapped to 0x20000000.
For example, if you enter the following details
into the phone model 8110:
start address 0x20780000, length 0x00080000,
the software will read full eeprom.
How to Write flash from custom address?
Connect the phone to the cable,
press the Write Flash button,
then point to the file you want to write
and let the software finish.
Backup EE
If you want to make a backup of the phone eeprom,
connect the phone to the cable
and press the Backup EE button,
enter the file name and save the file.

 Restore EE Reset EE

Need to restore phone eeprom from a saved file?
Connect the phone to the cable
and press the Restore EE button,
then point to the backup file.
The data will be defragmented
and written to the phone.
Connect the phone to the cable,
select the phone model,
then press the Reset EE button,
point to the file you want to write to the phone
and let the software finish.
The Eeprom area will be formatted
and new data written to it.
After you use this option,
all network codes will be reset to 00000000.

Read fileds / Write Fields for advanced users only! Want to write eeprom field?

These options enable you to Read Select the phone model,

and Write phone eeprom fields. connect the phone to the cable,
Select the phone model, press the Write Fields button and point to the file
connect the phone to the cable, you want to write to the phone.
enter the Start and End field address
and press the Read Fields button. The Field addess has the format:
Save the file. 00xyabcd
where xy is the number of the block in eeprom
and abcd the number of the field (hex value).
Some of the fields contain very important data for
the phone performance and if you change them
to an incorrect value, your phone will not work properly.
Some of the eeprom fields contain very interesting data,
such as the total call timer etc.
Using this option you can experiment with your phone,
but please make an Eeprom backup first!!!
If you write wrong eeprom to the phone,
your phone might refuse to turn on.
To repair it, use the Reset Code option.
