How to change language/upgrade/repair K750?

How to change language:

­ Start New arm inside v1.7

­ Go to flash tab
­ Select MCU: cxc125952_eu_1_cl.mcu ­> flash
­ Select DEC: fs_emea_1_cl.dec (for example) ­> decustomize

Files for China:

MCU: cxc125954_china_cl.mcu
DEC: fs_chinese_cl.dec

Files for Hong Kong:

MCU: cxc125955_hong_kong_cl.mcu
DEC: fs_hong_kong_cl.dec

Files for Taiwan:

MCU: cxc125956_taiwan_cl.mcu
DEC: fs_taiwan_cl.dec

How to repair dead:

­ Start New arm inside v1.4

­ Go to flash tab
­ Select MCU: K750­EROMwithoutFOTAdependency.mcu ­> flash
­ Select MCU: cxc125952_eu_1_cl.mcu ­> flash
­ Select DEC: fs_emea_1_cl.dec (for example) ­> decustomize

All files are located in Decustomize folder

How to upgrade phone software:

­ Power on the phone before connect it to cable!!!

­ If on phone display appears "Please wait", then wait to see "Insert sim card" ,
press >*<<*<* and you will see secret menu ­> software info and check what is the
phone customization:

­ Start NEW ARM INSIDE software v1.4 or higher.

­ Connect phone to cable and click to "???" button to read phone info (to see what CID
phone have) in this case K750­CID 24
­ Select phone model K750­CID24
­ Press Flash tab
­ Click to select MCU file then point to:

\K750\R1J002\MCU\DEL_125952­MR1_R1J002­EU1.mcu

­ Click to select PPM file and point to (in this case):

\K750\R1J002\PPM\DEL_125953­EMEA1­MR1_R1J002.ppm
Please note:

To able decustomize and change language on K300 CID24 and K750 CID 24

Please use MCU and DEC files from DECUSTOMIZE FOLDER

MCU name start with CXC and language DEC file start with FS

If you use MCU which name start with DEL (these files are only for software upgrade),
after flash you will have only Automatic and English language

How to unlock, decustomize­change language and upgrade K300 CID24 (CID36)

­ Power on the phone before connect it to cable!!!

­ If on phone display appears "Please wait", then wait to see "Insert sim card" and power
it off.
­ Start NEW ARM INSIDE software v1.3 or higher.
­ Connect phone to cable and click to "???" button to read phone info (to see what CID
phone have) in this case K300­CID 24
­ Select phone model K300­CID24

Unlock

­ Unlock phone by codes ­> press "Generate codes" button and wait to software finish,
power on the phone and type <**<, enter the codes
­ Direct unlock ­> press "Unlock" button, when software say unlocked, disconnect phone
How to decustomize and change language

­ Power on the phone before connects it to cable!!!

­ If on phone display appears "Please wait", then wait to see "Insert sim card" and power
it off.
­ Start NEW ARM INSIDE software v1.3 or higher.
­ Connect phone to cable and click to "???" button to read phone info (to see what CID
phone have) in this case K300­CID 24
­ Select phone model K300­CID24
­ Press Flash tab

­ Click to select MCU file then point to:

K300\R2AT003\CID 24\Decustomize\cxc125978_EU1­CID_24.mcu

press Flash button and wait to software finish

­ Click to select DEC file (depend which languages you want to upload) then point to for
example :

K300\R2AT003\CID 24\Decustomize\fs_emea_2.dec

press Decustomize button and wait to software finish

Power on the phone and "Please wait" , power of the phone and insert sim card

If you want to upload Chinese languages please use these two files:

MCU: K300\R2AT003\CID 24\Decustomize\cxc125985_china­CID_24.mcu

DEC: K300\R2AT003\CID 24\Decustomize\fs_chinese.dec

Please note:
To decustomize phones and change language do not use other MCU files unless:

­ cxc125978_EU1­CID_24.mcu
­ cxc125985_china­CID_24.mcu

PHONE WONT TO FLASH OR GIVE YOU ERROR WHILE FLASHING
PROCESS

­ Select MCU repair file:

K300\R2AT003\CID 24\Recovery\Recovery_DB2010_Cert_RED_cid24.rep

and press "Repair" button

wait to software finish and try to flash phone again.

Please note:

To able decustomize and change language on K300 CID24 and K750 CID 24

K700 and other ­ Reset total call time etc...

How to reset total call timer on K700

­ Connect phone to cable

­ Start NEW ARM INSIDE
­ Select phone model
­ Go to Read/Write tab
­ Attach battery to phone
­ Press Write fields button
­ Point to K700­ResetTotalCallTimer.txt
­ Power on the phone
­ To check total call timer type >*<<*<* and choice Service tests ­> Total call time
How to change IMEI on NEW ARM inside supported phones

Download Plug­in and unpack it to software directory

Start NEW ARM inside v1.9
Click to "???" button to see what CID your phone have, in this case will be CID:0025
Select phone model K600 CID 25
Go to NEW ARM inside plug­in folder
Go to for example K600 CID 25 folder and rename "K600_25_plugin.mcu" for example
"12345678901234.mcu" (14 digits)
Go to Read/Write tab
Press Backup EE and save file
Go to flash tab
Click to MCU file ... and select "12345678901234.mcu"
Click to Flash button
Wait to software finish
Disconnect phone
Insert SIM card
Power on the phone
Type *#06# to check it is all ok

To restore original imei just click to Unlock button

How to change IMEI on K608i CID 31

Download Plug­in and unpack it to software directory

Start NEW ARM inside v1.9
Click to "???" button to see what CID your phone have, in this case will be CID:0031
Select phone model K600 CID 31
Go to NEW ARM inside plug­in folder
Go to for example K600 CID 31 folder and rename "K600_31_plugin.mcu" for example
"12345678901234.mcu" (14 digits)
Go to Read/Write tab
Connect Test Point to GND
Press Backup EE and save file
Remove Test Point and click YES
Reading...
Go to flash tab
Click to MCU file ... and select "12345678901234.mcu"
Connect Test Point to GND
Click to Flash button
Reading....
Connect Test Point again to GND
Click YES
Remove Test Point from GND
Click YES
Wait to software finish
Disconnect phone
Insert SIM card
Power on the phone
Type *#06# to check it is all ok

To restore original imei:

Connect Test Point to GND

Click to Unlock button
Remove Test Point
Click YES
Wait to software finish
Disconnect phone
Insert SIM card
Power on the phone
Type *#06# to check it is all ok
How to unlock K608i CID 31 (CID 49) by Test Point (TP)

Dissasembly the phone

The best way is to solder wire to TP resistor and other wire side makes ready to connect
to GND.
Why solder wire to resistor? To be sure it is good connected.
On some PCB you will find glue storage over TP resistor, and then need to scratch it.

Connect Test Point to GND (before you press UNLOCK button)

Click to Unlock button

Remove Test Point (when software ask you "Remove Test Point?")

Click YES

Wait to software finish

Disconnect phone

If TP is no good realized this message appears on software window:

Sending Loader1...
Loader1 sending problem: 0003
Maybe wrong model selection or repair needed...
