conditions:

• Indoor.
• On a clean, dry, flat and stable bench, approximately 80 cm high, capable of
bearing a 30kg load.
• There should be enough space to set the device and facilitate access to the
carrousel.
• The device must be connected to a mains socket of 110 Volts / 230 Volts,
+/- 10%, 50 Hz, 10A.
• The device has a 500 Watts electrical consumption.
• Alliance Bio Expertise shall not be held liable for any electrical issues if the
above points have not been complied with when switching the device on.

• Non-condensing humidity.

7
Unpacking

For optimal operation, please follow the following instructions when unpacking your
device.

Unpack the device in a clean and accessible area.

2 cases are delivered and contain the Distriwel and its accessories:

Case 1:

- The DISTRIWEL unit fitted with the dish

transfer disk
- The altuglas lid

- The carrousel plate

- 2 dispensing sets (nozzles + silicone

tubing 4.8mm)
- 1 power cable
- 1 bag containing:
• 6 screws to secure the
carrousel
• 2 guides to ensure dish holding
within the carrousel columns
• 2 wedges to ensure carrousel
adjustment
- A pack of 25 cups
- A USB key containing documents such
as the user manual, a quality control
document, video tutorials

8
Case 2

The carrousel.

2 persons are required to lift up the unit base.

Make sure that you hold the carrousel using the central rods.

Keep the packaging in case the device needs to be moved.

9
Assembling the device

Only the transfer disk is installed on the device when delivered.

Before assembling the device, all delivered elements should be cleaned with
alcohol such as Ethanol 70° and surface spray.

1. Position Distriwel on the 2. Unlock the blocking screw of

Be careful to not damage the

carrousel by holding it from the
internal axes

11. Slot the altuglas lid into the hinges.

12. Install the guides on the entry and

exit columns of the sliding plate.

11
Entry
• Make sure that the dishes
do not hit the edges of the
guides.

• The dishes must slide on

front of the guide. That is
the reason why the guide
is oriented on the left,
where the dishes come
from

Exit
• The guide must be
orientated toward the
column

13. Make sure that the device is levelled.

A spirit level is
included on the
device's carrousel
sliding plate.

The device’s feet must be adjusted so that the

bubble lies inside the red circle within the spirit level.

12
Checking and adjusting dish positioning
Before using Distriwel, it is important to check that dishes are properly guided within the
transfer disk and the carrousel.

If necessary, you might need to adjust the deflector, using the wedges
delivered in the accessories kit (DISW4033).

1. Remove the carrousel and the altuglas cover.

2. Place 2 dishes into the

transfer disk.

Lids should be at the same level.

If they aren’t, an adjustment of the deflector under the sliding plate is required.

3. Place one or two wedge(s) onto the

transfer disk to identify the number of
wedges required.

4.Once identified, remove the transfer disk and

unloose the 2 screws holding the deflector on
the sliding plate.

13
5. Turn over the sliding plate
and slide the wedge(s)
between the deflector and
the sliding plate.

6. Place the transfer disk

and the sliding plate back on.
7. Tighten the deflector’s screws.
8. Place 2 dishes into the transfer disk.
9. Check that lids are at the same level following this adjustment,
10. Place the altuglas cover.

This adjustment needs to be check again if the reference of the dishes has been
changed or evolved.
