OBSERVATION AND DISCUSSION

Voltage at bus 1: The voltage at bus 1 is given as 1.1 kV per unit. This is the voltage setpoint for the
generator at bus 1. It means that the generator is designed to maintain this voltage magnitude and phase
angle, regardless of the system conditions. The per unit system is a normalized system that allows us to
analyze the system in a relative way, without worrying about the absolute values of voltage and power. In
this system, the voltage at bus 1 is considered as the reference voltage, and all other voltages are
expressed relative to this voltage.
