HOLD A CONGRESS MEETING ON 24 MARCH, 2024

1. Monthly programme:
The District President in person of Bro. Lugard Cletus put a question we
hold monthly programme the congress voted for and agree to hold
monthly programme (Joint Fellowship).
The April venue for the programme is Tunga Maje Date: 21/04/24

2. Visitation:
The Congress agree to visit parishes within the district and neighbouring
District in other to foster and encourage the growth of LYF within the
district and beyond.
The congress propose Gwagwalada District as the district we will be
visiting and also agreed that a letter be sent to Gwagwalada District
informing the district of our intention to visit and also hold an All-night
programme. Date for the Visitation/ All-night programme 25th-26th May,
2024.

3. Praise Night/Concert:
The congress that a month we will hold a Praise Night/Concert we will
not have a the regular monthly programme (Joint Fellowship).
Praise Night – 24th November, 2024
Concert – 30th June 2024
The venues for the praise night and concert will be communicated to us
after due deliberations.
 4. 2024 Convention:
The congress in-view of programme clashing since the divisional, sister
sub groups in the district and church district programmes haven’t been
set proposed two dates for the 2024 LYF District Convention
Date: 20th – 22nd September, 2024 or 27th – 29th September, 2024.
Venue: LCCN Suleja Parish

5. Estimate/ Finance:
The President in person of Bro. Lugard Ibrahim stated that free will
donations are welcome to help the district finance. Presently the division
and diocese have not send our 2024 estimate.

Uniform: A committee will be commissioned to get a suitable uniform for The
district.

encouraging us to work for God whole heartedly.
