I am writing to formally request the temporary borrowing of a school sound system, currently
accounted for under your supervision, we are excited to inform you about an upcoming event,
the "CICS Day," which is scheduled to take place on October 3 and 4 at KCP GYMNASIUM.

Rest assure that our teachers are committed to taking full responsibility for the care of the
borrowed equipment. We understand the importance of the school’s resources and will ensure
secure storage when the sound system is not in use to prevent any damage or loss.
