Kitchen:
• Wash all dirty dishes or place them in the dishwasher and start the
cycle/put
• Wipe down away

• Wipe down all appliances/surfaces (including the toaster crumb tray and
inside pieces of coffee maker/grinder)
• Sweep/Vacuum/Swiffer/Mop floor & Empty dishwasher
• Put out a clean dish towel
• Empty the fridge of anything opened or expired
• Ensure that dishes and silverware already in the storage area are clean
• Ensure presentation of kitchen items are correct (mugs with mugs, forks

3. Bedrooms:
• Wipe all surfaces using a multi-surface disinfectant.

5. Final Check Before Leaving:


• Is the house as presentable as it can be for the guests?
• No obvious uncleaned areas (crumbs, dust, marks on walls and floors,
etc.)
• Dishwasher is empty
• Dishes are put away in appropriate places
• AC/heater turned off

• The stovetop/oven is off


• Trash has been emptied from every receptacle and replaces with a new
trash bag
• Lights/electronics are turned off; windows and doors are locked
• The proper amount of towels are laid out in the bedroom, bathroom,
kitchen
• Household consumable supply levels are full
• All light bulbs in all rooms are working. If not, just report it to Turnoverbnb
or Management
• Doors to bedrooms are open
• Blinds/curtains are opened where possible to maximize natural light in
listing
• The place is staged as seen in Airbnb listing pictures
• Upload before and after pictures to Turnoverbnb

It is also recommended to have at least two backup cleaners in case the
current cleaner does not meet expectations. Incentivizing cleaners with

relationship.
