Abstract
Research this aim for do data collection Satisfaction patient , ok patient general public
health insurance patients and also patient Askeskin (which includes in public poor ) use give
evaluation to performance service health focused in district hospitals Grobogan as object
research .
Method research used _ is method which survey research ? source data and information
main obtained from respondent as sample study with use questionnaire . Tool analysis used
_ in study this is analysis factor with tool SPSS analysis version 11.
Results study showing that there is amount complaint no official about difference service
health Among patient askeskin and or PNS askes with patient general that on finally cause
dissatisfaction on second split party . Hey this is necessary in analysis more carry on
regarding the level of patient satisfaction at the service registration counter the road at the
Grobogan District Hospital .
