TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to certify that the amount 148,234.91 on the Purchase Request was not
coincide to the amount posted in PhilGEPS. Since, the amount posted in PhilGEPS is 143,
234.9 which is lacking of 5,000.00, due to the reason that it was mislook & erroneous
entry upon posting in the PhilGEPS website. Hence, to avoid conflict of the liquidation
report, we made this justification.
