my/our son/daughter JULIE MAE D. PUSON in the Division Press Conference
this 12th to 14th of May, 2023 to be held at Bayog, Zamboanga del Sur. I have
considered the benefits that my son or daughter will derive from his/her
participation in this activity provided that due care and precaution will be
observed to ensure the comfort and safety of my son or daughter and that the
school personnel may not be held liable for any untoward incident that may
happen beyond their control.
