On behalf of the Employer for LYCEE FRANCAIS ALEXANDRE YERSIN – GYMNASIUM RENOVATION
PROJECT located at Ngoc Thuy, Long Bien, Ha Noi, we ARTELIA, Project Management Consultant are
looking for potential Candidates for Tender package P01 – MEP DESIGN AND BUILD Contractor with the
general information as below:

• On 2nd floor at sport building bloc, near the rugby field –

with rotated panel window, metallic sandwich roof – Bao

• No air-conditioning system – Không có hệ thống điều hòa
• Ventilation by window (natural) and fans (motorized) on
gymnasium roof. There is not filter system. – Thông gió tự
nhiên bằng cửa và quạt (có động cơ) đặt trên mái phòng
thể dục

2. Requirement of renovation – Yêu cầu cải tạo

Actually, the existing gymnasium has not been equipped its air-conditioning system. Furthermore, the fresh
air supplied by motorized fans system on roof and also by natural ventilation via through the pivoted panels is
not filtered.
Thực tế, phòng tập thể dục hiện tại chưa có hệ thống thiết bị điều hòa không khí. Hơn nữa, gió tươi được
cấp bởi hệ thống quạt động cơ trên mái đồng thời bằng thông gió tự nhiên thông qua các tấm xoay không
được lọc.

Due to high temperatures and air pollution during a significant part of the school year, the gymnasium is not
used with its full capacity.
Do nhiệt độ cao và ô nhiễm không khí trong suốt một năm học là đáng kể, phòng thể dục không được sử
dụng hết công suất của nó.

Hence, in order to improve this gymnasium, the Client intend to invest a suitable air conditioning system and
air filter for this area, as well as renovation of façade to ensure the air tightness.
Kể từ đây, để cải thiện (nâng cấp) phòng thể dục này, Khách hàng có ý định đầu tư một hệ thống điều hòa
không khí và lọc không khí cho khu vực này, cũng như việc cải tạo mặt tiền để đảm bảo độ kín khí.

However, the façade renovation will be carryout by another tender package to select the façade specialist and
will not include in scope of work of this MEP package.
Tuy nhiên, mặt tiền cải tạo sẽ được đưa ra bởi các gói thầu khác để lựa chọn mặt tiền phù hợp và sẽ không
bao gồm trong mục tiêu làm việc của gói thầu này.

3. Scope of works – Mục tiêu công việc

The general scope of works: Mục tiêu công việc chung:

Design: Thiết kế
• Survey, due diligence of related existing items – Khảo sát, để thẩm định các hạng mục liên quan
• Study and design the new air-conditioning system + air filter system and all necessary related works
(including civil, finishing, other MEP works if needed to carry out the main work) – Nghiên cứu và thiết
kế hệ thống điều hòa không khí mới + hệ thống lọc không khí và tất cả các công việc cần thiết liên
quan (bao gồm xây dựng dân dụng, hoàn công, các công việc MEP khác nếu cần để phục vụ cho
công việc chính
• Study on the capacity of power supply system (transformer and other elements) to confirm whether it’s
enough or lack of capacity in case of HVAC renovation, then proceed the design on power supply
system renovation based on the result obtained on studying of its current capacity. Nghiên cứu hệ
thống cung cấp năng lượng điện (công suất hệ thống cung cấp điện) (máy phát và các yếu tố khác)
để xác nhận liệu có đủ hay thiếu trong trường hợp cải tạo hệ thống HVAC, sau đó tiến hành thiết kế
cải tạo hệ thống cấp điện dựa trên kết quả nghiên cứu công suất hiện tại.
• 3rd party review: Contractor to hire an independent 3rd party review to ensure the accurate of
contractor’s design. – Đánh giá bên thứ 3: Nhà thầu thuê 1 bên thứ 3 độc lập đánh giá để đảm bảo
chính xác theo thiết kế của nhà thầu
Permitting: Cho phép
• Carrying out all the necessary permits: in case need to proceed any permit procedure with authorities
to be able to carry out the works, contractor must be fully in charge. CLI/PM will only support on
signature of necessary legal document or provide their legal existing document as authorities will
requires. - Thực hiện đầy đủ các giấy phép cần thiết: trường hợp cần làm thủ tục cấp phép với cơ
quan chức năng để có thể thi công công trình thì nhà thầu phải chịu trách nhiệm hoàn toàn. CLI/PM

 sẽ chỉ hỗ trợ về việc ký các văn bản pháp luật cần thiết hoặc cung cấp các văn bản pháp lý hiện có
của họ khi cơ quan chức năng yêu cầu.
Construction: Xây dựng
• All preliminaries work to carry out main work – Tất cả các công việc sơ bộ phục vụ công việc chính
• Order, delivery to site and installation of HVAC system (air con and filter) as well as equipment of
other works. - Đặt hàng, giao hàng tận nơi và lắp đặt hệ thống HVAC (máy lạnh và lọc) cũng như thiết
bị làm việc khác.
• Upgrading the transformer system in case existing transformer has not enough capacity. – Nâng cấp
hệ thống máy phát điện trong trường hợp hệ thông hiện tại không đủ công suất.
• Testing, defects – Kiểm tra, khiếm khuyết
• Take care all inspection of authorities to put in use the gymnasium (fully) Handover and warranty: -
Quan tâm tất cả các kiểm tra của cơ quan chức năng để đưa vào sử dụng nhà thi đấu (đầy đủ) Bàn
giao và bảo hành
• Industrial cleaning - Vệ sinh công nghiệp
• Training to CLIENT’s operator team – Hướng dẫn đội ngũ vận hành của khách hàng
• Handover on site – Bàn giao tại chỗ
• Handover all documents - Bàn giao tất cả các tài liệu
• Defect Liability period of 24 months after issuance of Taking over Certificate - Thời gian chịu trách
nhiệm về sai sót là 24 tháng kể từ ngày cấp Giấy nghiệm thu.
