- All the materials and manpower required to complete this work will be referred to in
Clause 14 under Mechanical of Price Schedule.

4.2.3 Inspection and Handover

- After construction is completed, a final inspection will be conducted to ensure all works
have been undertaken in accordance with Scope of Works and Design. The Inspection will
be carried out by both parties (IRM and Project Owner)
- The acceptance of works will be confirmed once the final inspection has been signed off
by both parties. Handover documentation will then be submitted to Project Owner for
approval.

4.3. Electrical Work

The work under this section shall include design, supply of materials, installation, labour and
equipment necessary to complete the (Project Name) Project.

4.3.1 Engineering
- Ensure all the Electrical designs meet AS Standards as per Clauses 6 and 7 and the Project
Owner’s requirements.
- Ensure all works are carried out to meet high quality outcomes and complete with Quality
Controls as per Clause 13.
- Works excluded from this Scope of Work are referenced to in Clauses 5 and 8.

4.3.2 Construction
- Ensure all construction works are conducted as per the Safety provisions in Clause 12 and
result in Zero Harm at Work
- All the materials and manpower required to complete this work will be referred to in
Clause 14 under Electrical of Price Schedule.
- Works excluded from this Scope of Work are referenced to the Clauses 5 and 8.

5 Work Excluded
The following work is excluded from this Scope. This work is deemed to be the responsibility of the
Project Owner. In the event that the Project Owner requires this work to be included in the Scope it
will constitute a change and will follow the change procedures.

The scope of the Project Owner for supply and install are as follows.
- Area Clearance and move material out of the working area, By Project Owner
- Refer to the cost estimate, all items need to complete by project owner

- Provide security during construction to protect from theft (especially cable) (if not relate
to electrical work should be remove from proposal). If security breaches occur that result
in loss of materials or equipment, replacement and/or repair will be at the cost of the
Project Owner. (need security stand by XX months during construction)
- No additional works will be undertaken until the required Change Notice (CN) is approved
by the relevant GM.

6 General Notes
IRM hereby quote for the complete supply of the equipment/materials as contained in Section 14 -
Schedule of rates, including the furnishing of all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, tools,
supplies and services required to execute the works.

The equipment/materials shall be supplied strictly in accordance with the documents listed herein
Schedule 1 - Applicable Documents.

The IRM Department will execute the Project as following.

- Design Civil, Mechanical and Electrical will be carried out by in house
- Civil work will be done by contractor labour with supervision by IRM department
- Mechanical work will be done by contractor labour with supervision by IRM department
- Electrical work will be done by contractor labour with supervision by IRM department
- If project owner would like to reduce cost and the project not urgently IRM will be arrange
in house labour to support the work, but this project will start when in-house labour is
available

7 Reference Engineering Specification

The Project shall be carried out in accordance to Phu Kham Copper Gold or (Ban Houayxai Gold/Silver)
