TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN,

This is to inform that, on behalf of Mr. Murtaza Saifuddin Najmi , a


public notice was published in two daily newspapers i.e. Active Times
(English Newspaper) AND Mumbai Lakshyadeep (Marathi Newspaper) Vide
Public Notice dated 24/02/2024.
The said public notice published in abovesaid newspaper is again reproduced
as under –
“Notice is hereby given that Mr. Saifuddin Najmuddin Najmi is
a lawful owner and member of society in respect of Flat no. 101,
Husaini-Taheri CHS Ltd, Fakhri Colony, building no. 8/9,
Church Road, Bhayander (West), Thane-401101 and having
100% shares in said flat. Mr. Saifuddin Najmuddin Najmi
expired on 23/11/2009 and his wife namely Mrs. Jainab S.
Nazami died intestate on 22/07/2002 leaving behind (1) Mr.
Murtaza Saifuddin Najmi (Son), (2) Mrs. Tasneem Y. Najmi
(Daughter-in-law), (3) Abbas Yusuf Najmi (Grand Son) and (4)
Juzer Yusuf Najmi (Grand Son) as his surviving legal heirs.
However, there was one more son of Mr. Saifuddin Najmuddin
Najmi namely Late Yusuf Saifuddin Najmi who was married,
died on 25/08/2023. Now, the legal heirs are desirous to get
100% shares of the deceased in said flat transferred in favour of
their name. Now, any person/heirs of deceased having any claim
or objection in respect of the said flat may inform undersigned
in writing at 102, Neelam Accord, Opp. HDFC bank, 150 ft
Road, Bhayander (w), 401 101, within 14 days from the date
of this notice failing which, it shall be assumed that, no any
person(s) has any claim or objection ”.
It is to be noted that within stipulated time period of 14 days from the date of
notice i.e. 24/02/2024, I have not received any claim/objection from any
person in writing at the address mentioned in respect of the abovesaid flat
property.
