Basic requirements

Before you continue your application process, we want you to make sure you are eligible and fully
equipped to start your journey. We at DreamPort are client centric. All our Independent Travel Managers
adhere to high standards of quality and excellence. You need to meet the age and language
requirements, as well as have a quiet and distraction free space, equipment that matches the minimum
requirements and availability to train and certify for this position.

You are expected to:


✓ Be 18 years or older
✓ Have excellent spoken and written English
✓ Be a resident of one of the participant countries
✓ Comply with technical equipment requirements
✓ Be ready to commit to client company service provision timing and quality standards.

Software and Hardware Requirements:


● Processor: CPU with benchmark score of 5000 or higher. CPU scores available
here:https://www.cpubenchmark.net/mid_range_cpus.html
● RAM: 8 GB RAM
● Headset: headset, preferably wired
● OS: not less than Windows 7 / Ubuntu 16 / macOS 10.14
● Browser: Chrome only, not less than 106 version
● Network: not less than 25Mbps (connecting via Wi-Fi or mobile data is not recommended)
● Camera: web camera, preferably built-in
● Browser: Newest version of Google Chrome

Process:
1. Complete Certification series, assessments and receive a Certificate.
2. You will be invited to a Q&A session, where you will be provided further details about the position,
as well as you will be able to ask your questions.
3. Join prep week, where you will be given practical assignments and where you will complete your
final readiness practical and verbal assessment - call simulation with a “customer” on the line.
You will need to simulate the work process and show that you understand all parts of it, and are
able to work remotely with clients.
4. Join live training week, where a training professional will teach you live, prepare your systems,
access and give you all tools to join the Nesting stage.
5. Contracting and documents stage.
6. Join Nesting stage where you get to work with clients. First you will work with Bonus requests that
have been in the system for some time, then you will work with new clients when your advisor
sees you are ready.
And just like that, step by step you will become a fully independent travel professional. It is not a one day
easy journey, just like any real work that brings true profit and independence - it will take time and effort.
But the professional value, your own business, it is priceless.
