BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR VENDORS TO APPLY

1. Mandatory FSSAI (The Food Safety and Standards Authority of


India) License provided to the vendor by the government.

2. Documents regarding the details of company/store/stall and the


proof of address.

3. Menu and prices that will be offered during the fest.

4. Submission of the requirement list for the stall and what


equipment will be brought inside the arena for use during the
three days of the fest.

5. Submit SOP (Standard operating procedure) checklist and safety


measures that are going to be followed during the event.

6. Cleaning protocols and management of cleanliness in the stalls


and in the arena.

7. Students currently pursuing degree in GITAM University are not


eligible to apply.

STALLS PROPOSED FOR PRAMANA 2024

Breakfast:
1. Dosa (Dedicated stall)
2. General breakfast items. (Poori, Bonda, Wada, Idly)
Lunch:
1. Biryani
2. Pasta and Maggie
3. Shawarma
4. Pizza
Any other stalls for lunch can be proposed

Snacks:
1. Chat
2. Aloo spiral
3. Kebabs
4. Mirchi Bhajji
5. Popcorn
6. French fries/Nachos
7. Momos
Deserts:
1. Cotton candy
2. Waffle and Ice cream
3. Softie
4. Ice Gola/Ice pops
5. Donuts
Beverages:
1. Mocktails
2. Tea and coffee
3. Water bottle stall x 1
4. Soft drinks stall x 1
Stalls of Title Sponsor:
1. Milkshakes
2. Frankie
3. Chinese Dishes
Non-food related stalls:
1. Photo booth
2
2. Helium gas ballons
3. Merch stall (Pramana merch)
Sponsor stalls:
1. Swiss castle
2. Monster/Red bull

More Sponsor stalls will be added to the list.

GUIDELINES FOR THE BIDDING PROCESS

1. Registration forms will be given out soon, Fill the necessary details
according to the requirement list given above and choose a stall
you are willing to bid for.
2. Once the registrations are closed no new stalls will be taken into
consideration.
3. A date will be announced where each stall will be put up for
bidding. Please be present for the bidding along with the necessary
documents.
4. Highest bidder will secure the stall and the MoU signing will
happen post verification of details by Hospitality department of
GITAM University
 After the signing of MoU full amount is to be paid within 48 hrs.
of the signing.
 Post blocking the stall if one drops out and cancels the MoU 5%
penalty for blocking the stall has to be paid.
 In the scenario of one dropping the stall, the second highest bidder
will get the stall.
