ASSIGNMENT
1. Discuss the significance of staining methods in microbiology.
2. Discuss the challenges and limitations associated with staining methods used in the
laboratory.
3. Explain factors that may affect staining results and suggest strategies to overcome
staining-related challenges and improve staining outcomes.
