data integrity and non-compliance.
 Simplification of BPR by reducing number of pages from 240 to 100.
 Reduced batch cycle time of High Volume products from 480 Mins to 360 Mins.
 Reduced Overtime costs of department from monthly 160 hours to 50 Hours by carrying out
proper Planning, Downtime Analysis and increasing availability.
