• Planning, scheduling & monitoring of maintenance jobs on day-to-day basis for maximum availability of
Mill hydraulic and lubrication equipment.
• Understands requirement and creating material code, create purchase requisition, Float inquiries, receiving
& technically evaluating the Quotation, negotiating on techno-commercial basis.
• Continuous follow-up with the vendors to meet the scheduled delivery and quality performance, Physical
and quality inspection of goods received from vendor by coordination with goods requisitioner.
Roles & • Process purchase requisition and Vendor management (On boarding, Development, Monitoring and
Responsibilities Evaluation) and mitigating risks associated with Supply & Demand.
• Currently Responsible for Procurement of following major requirements under Capex and Projects
(CSP_MILL) requirements
• Mechanical Equipment: Process Equipment of hot strip mill, down coiler and coil conveyor

valve block, etc.

flooring in cellar area.

• Services – packages related to oil line flushing and cleaning and maintaining oil impurities.
• Electrical packages – Pressure and flow sensors, valve actuators, etc.
• Planning of yearly procurement plan to forecasting requirement and budget for the next year to carry out
smooth & consist running of plant.
• Shares Procurement plan with Senior Management to identify requirements which need to be closed on
priority basis to avoid delay in material requirement.
• Field Data generation and Inventory analysis and management, ABC & VED analysis of hydraulic and
lubrication components and monitor and review critical spares availability.
• Maintain maintenance record, SMP formation, SMED, EFMEA, MP sheet formation, critical equipment
delays analysis, MTTR and MTBF of individual system.
• BOM creation and codification of equipment and updating in SAP.

erection and commissioning of accumulator stand, entry roller side guide and descaler box valve stand.
