As part of our ongoing research study titled, "Accounting Retention Program: Understanding the Impact
of Retention Policy on Emotional, Mental, and Academic Performance of Students in the College of
Accountancy and Finance Department," we kindly request your participation.

Your participation entails completing a questionnaire and an interview designed to gather information
about your insights and experiences that will contribute significantly to our understanding of how
retention policies influence the well-being and academic success of students in the accounting field.The
questionnaire and the interview should take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
