1. Write briefly :

SECTION-B

2. Analyse the rate for construction of random rubble stone masonry in foundation and
plinth in cement mortar 1:6. Unit 1 m3

3. What is contract explain various types of contracts.

4. What do you meant by out-turn work with suitable example, explain approximate
quantity of different work done by an average artisan per day.

5. Define the term cost. What are various types of cost?

6. A R.C.C beam 400 mm × 800 mm and length 5200 mm is reinforced with 5 no. 20 mm
diameter of M.S. bars placed in one row. Three main bars are bent-up. Two i.e., anchor
bars of 10 mm diameter are provided at the top. 6 mm diameter stirrups are provided at
200 c/c. The all-round clear cover is 40 mm. Find out the total quantity of steel (plain)
bars. Prepare the table of bar bending schedule.
