Dear Ms. Pagara,


I am pleased to offer you a project-based employment for a period of six months on the following
terms:

1. You will serve in a full-time capacity as my Executive Assistant. I will be directly supervising
you in the performance of your duties.
2. Your primary duties will be is enumerated in the attached Job Description and Employment
Contract.
3. After the 6 months project-based contract, you shall be allowed renew an open-ended term
project-based contract if you consistently meet the working standards as outlined to you in
the course of our pre-employment interview as well as during your trainings. To do this, you
must observe all the rules, policies, and regulations which will be discussed to you.
4. Your performance will be regularly reviewed during the entire project-based employment
period. During such period, I shall have the right to terminate your project-based
employment if you fail to meet the performance standards herein set out.
5. You will be paid a monthly salary of Ten Thousand Pesos, the breakdown of which is
provided below:

Basic Salary: PHP 8,400.00


Load Allowance: PHP 500.00
SSS: PHP 500.00
Philhealth: PHP 400.00
Pag-Ibig: PHP 200.00
Total: PHP 10,000.00

This is payable bi-monthly every 16th and 1st day of the month. This salary will be subject
to adjustment after 6 months, upon your contract renewal.
7. Your employment with me will begin on October 3, 2022 and upon signing the Attached
Employment Contract.

I hope that you find the foregoing terms acceptable. You may indicate your agreement with these
terms and accept this offer by signing on the box below.

This offer, if not accepted, will expire on October 3, 2022.

II. WORKING HOURS

a. The Executive Assistant shall be reporting from Monday to Friday; on a


flexible work from home schedule. Except on Wednesdays where in the
Executive Assistant shall be required to report to the Binondo Office.
b. The Executive Assistant is required to attend Grand Career Orientation
Programs to assist agents in walking through their new recruits.

III. COMPENSATION and BENEFITS

a. Monthly compensation
i. The Executive Assistant shall receive a daily renumeration of PHP
381.82 per day (PHP 381 x 22 = PHP 8,400, no work no pay basis)
ii. The team secretary’s salary shall be given following this schedule.
1. 1st – 15th day of the Month; 16th day of the month.
2. 16th – 30th day of the month; 1st day of the succeeding month.

b. Incentive based salary


i. The Team Executive Assistant shall receive PhP 500.00 for every 10
Net Issued Cases.
ii. The Executive Assistant would also receive PhP 500 for every issued
case, and PhP 500 for every tagged recruit which was obtained from
your telemarketing activities.

c. Non-Monetary Benefits
i. The Executive Assistant will be entitled to an E-ready card starting
on your 7th month of employment.
IV. REVOLVING FUND

a. The Executive Assistant shall be given a PhP 500.00 Revolving Fund which
will be used to cover for the disbursements in our day to day operations.
b. This will be replenished on the 7th and 22nd day of the month subject to
liquidation.

V. RESIGNATION AND TERMINATION

a. The Executive Assistant would be asked to submit a resignation letter two


weeks before the effectivity date of his/ her resignation/
b. Likewise, the executive assistant would be given a two-weeks paid
transitory period in case of termination.
