DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

This Deed of Absolute Sale (this “Deed”) is made and executed this 26th day of November 2023 in
Caloocan City between:

Jayson Formarejo, of legal age, single, Filipino, and with residence and postal address at blk 69
lot 10 Kingstown 2 Subdivision, Bagumbong, Caloocan City, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER.

-AND-

Alliyah Dacayanan, Filipino and with residence and postal address at blk 5 lot 90 St. Louie phase
Deca homes subdivision Marilao, Bulacan, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.

WITNESSETH;

That the SELLER is the registered owner of a certain parcel of land together with all the
improvements found therein, as evidenced by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 80008 situated in Blk
59 lot 3 St. Margaret phase Deca homes Marilao, Bulacan, Philippines, and more particularly described
as follows, to wit:

A parcel of land situated in blk 59 lot 3 monkey street, St. Margaret Phase Baranggay Loma de Gato, city
of Marilao, Bulacan. Island of Luzon. Which consists of 1000 (One Thousand) square meters of land.

That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED PESOS Philippine
Currency (Php1,500,000.00), receipt in full is hereby is acknowledged to his entire satisfaction, the
SELLER/s do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY, unto the said BUYER/s, their heirs and assigns, the
above-described parcel of lot, with all the improvement found thereon.

That the SELLER/s hereby warrants his title over the land above described, with full right to
dispose of the same, free from all liens and encumbrances, and that henceforth, full right of ownership
and possession of the whole property shall pertain to the buyers.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed this deed of absolute

sale, this 26th day of November , 2022, in the City of Bulacan.
