Certificates are generally a person’s proof of recognition, completion, and accomplishment of a certain training,
activity, course or award.
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
DOT ACCREDITATION
Implemented rules and regulations governing the accreditation guidelines in the Philippines pursuant to
the provisions of Executive Order No. 120 in relation to Republic Act no. 7160 otherwise known as Local
Government Code of 1991.
1. Proof that the application has passed a seminar for tour guides duly conducted by the DOT other agencies
duly authorized by the department.
2. Certificate of good health issued by an accredited government physician.
3. Clearance of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI)
4. Mayor’s permit or municipal license
5. Latest income tax return documents
6. Other documents that may be required by the department.
Upon compliance with all the requirements above, a certificate of accreditation together with an identification
card will be issued upon payment of the due fees.
