Dear Parents/ Guardians,

We would like to inform you that, after careful consideration and a thorough review of our budget, we
have found it necessary to adjust our school fees for the upcoming year. The 2024 school fees will reflect
a 7% increase from the previous year.

Several factors have contributed to this decision, including significant increases in Municipal charges.
These additional financial burdens have necessitated this adjustment in our fees to ensure the continued
smooth operation of our institution and to maintain the quality of education that we are committed to
providing.

Additionally, in our efforts to reduce the impact of load shedding, we have installed a solar system across
our campus. This will provide a more stable power supply, reducing disruptions due to load shedding.

As an independent school, we are not eligible for any state subsidy. School fees paid by
Parents/Guardians are our only source of income to cover all costs and Capital Expenditure incurred in
the running and upkeep of the College.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION WITH REGARDS THE PAYMENT OF FEES

• Fees may be paid annually, per term or over eleven months.
• Please note that the first monthly payment is due by latest 7th of February 2024.
• Statements are e-mailed on the third week of the month.
• Any payments received after the 7th of the month will be charged a Late Pay Penalty Fee of R250.00
per learner.
• Kindly ensure fees are paid timeously.
• Regretfully legal action will be taken on unpaid Debtor accounts.
• Fees can be paid by credit/debit card, cash, stop order or by EFT into the following account:

ANNUAL LEVIES PAYABLE

• An annual levy of R1 914.00 per annum will be invoiced for each learner, to cover printing, various
licenses and technology. The R1 914.00 levy is payable as a once off payment by the 31st of January
2024, OR a monthly installment of R174.00 over 11 months.
• IEB Exam fees for the Grade 10 - 12 NSC Examinations (this payment is spread over three years,
being R 3 495.00 for 2024, with an increase of R100 – R200 a year).

DISCOUNTS
• A discount of 6% will apply when the full annual fee is paid on or before the 31st January 2024. In
addition, this discount applies to the annual levy, but not to any of the IEB levies.

• A discount of 3% will be given for fees paid at the beginning of each term.
• A 2.5% discount applies for the second child’s fees.
• The Third child is given a discount of 20%, for the period in which all three children are in the
school at the same time.
