Dear Mr. Stanley,

Letter Of Resignation

It is with great pains in my heart that I write this letter as I find it difficult also to tender,
that I officially present my letter of resignation in this prestigious organisation. My six months
working here has been most fulfilling for me, as it has kept me on my toes and pushed me to be
a better person and present value at all times and when necessary. I know I will miss this
experience but this decision is necessary as well. I may not be able to state reasons explicitly in
this letter but my reasons will be really difficult to change.

Please accept this letter of resignation effective one month from today as initially
required on my appointment letter. My last day will be an the 12th of Nov., 2023,

During the next one month, I am willing to help out in any way to make the transition as
smooth as possible. This includes assisting in recruiting and putting my replacement through in
any area of confusion. Please let me know if there is anything specific that you would like me to
do. I will also be readily available to answer any unofficial calls after my resignation.

Again, it has been my most pleasure working as a part of this company
