Samsung Referral Program – UAE

Terms and conditions

1. Samsung Referral Program (“Program”) is provided by Samsung Gulf Electronics

(“Samsung”). This Program is valid for customers in the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman
and Bahrain (“Territory”).
2. This Program is valid for customers who have purchased an authorized stock of
Samsung in the Territory.
3. The validity period for the Program will be from 5th November 2022 onwards for a
period as decided by Samsung from time to time.
4. Under the Samsung Referral Program, participant(s) may refer their friends or
family to earn benefits. Refer Annexure A for current list of benefits and the same
will be updated from time to time.
5. The participant referring under this Program will be called as “Referrer” and the
referred person will be called as “Beneficiary”.
6. Participation Criteria: Upon fulfillment of either of the below mentioned conditions
the participant may start referring others.

7. Every Referrer will be able to find a banner in Samsung Members app that will allow
him to sign up for the Program and share a referral code with up to 10 people from
his family and friends, who in this case will be called as the Beneficiary.

8. The Beneficiaries will be eligible to receive incentives, in the form of discounts on

the product as described in Annexure A (refer clauses below).

9. The Referral code can be redeemed by the Beneficiaries on purchase of any of the
Samsung Smartphone as listed in Annexure A, from Samsung brand shops in the
Territory.
10. Referrer will be eligible to receive their benefits on his/her registered email id or
mobile number approximately twenty one days after the Beneficiary receives their
discounted product. So long as the Beneficiary does not return the product
purchased.
11. In case the Beneficiary returns the product for any reasons whatsoever, the
Referrer will not be eligible to receive the benefit against that purchase. However,
he may be eligible for the same on the next such purchase done by another
Beneficiary using his/her referral code.
12. All Referrals are subject to verification and Samsung may delay a settlement of a
claim for the purposes of investigation. Samsung may also refuse to verify and
process a claim, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of
these Terms and Conditions.

13. Samsung may prohibit a Referrer from participating in the Program or receiving the
incentive, in Samsung’s sole discretion, if Samsung determines that such Referrer is
attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity or legitimate operation of the
Program in any way by cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing.

14. Referrers may not enter with multiple or fake emails addresses or accounts, use
fictitious identities or other device to participate in the Program. Samsung reserves
the right to substitute, change, cancel or add to any part of these Terms at any time,
including terminating the Program or modifying these Terms. Samsung reserves the
right to decline or cancel your participation in the Program, with or without advance
notice, if we believe that your participation is enabling a fraudulent or illegal purpose.

15. Any dispute of whatever nature, which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms
and Conditions or to the customer using the Program, shall be governed by the laws
of the country where the customer is resident within the Territory, and shall be
resolved by the competent courts in that country.

b. Beneficiary discount applies on the Eligible Model’s invoice value to the customer
excluding VAT.

c. Beneficiary discounts listed above cannot be clubbed with other offers available at
Samsung brand stores unless specifically included in those respective offers.

d. Referrer rewards are linked to their registered mobile numbers and Email and are
non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

e. Samsung brand store staff/promoters are not permitted to participate in the

referral program
