Description of Inspection
Inspection done during equipment idle condition as well as running condition.
If “Yes,” for each point of discharge, document the following:
· The visual quality of the discharge.

· The characteristics of the wort discharge, including colour; door; floating, settled, or suspended solids; foam'

· Signs of the above pollutant characteristics that are visible from your site and attributable to your discharge in receiving waters or in other constructed or natural site drainage features.

Sl NO Observations
1 Maximum plates are fully damaged & husk are going with wort. This will impact beer quality.
2 Due to plate damages a gap also made in-between plates.
3 Repair of plates not possible because of no of damage place & age of plates.
4 Apart from false bottom, support rings also has to be change.
5 Also the existing system in very old, The filteration are is also less.
