Any Interdisciplinary Real World Case Study to be taken. Summarized data reports of same
can be presented in base. Input should be taken using forms and output should be done using
reports using base. Documentation of the case study should be presented using writer.
Guidelines
1. Create a database name – SCHOOL.
2. Write the steps to create a table – STUDENT in design view with the following

4. Create a relation between tables STUDENT and STREAM.

5. Create a Form- STUDENT ENTRY Form to Insert, Update and Delete the record of
STUDENT Table.
6. Create a Form- STREAM ENTRY Form to Insert, Update and Delete the record of
STREAM Table.
7. Enter 10 records in STUDENT table and 4 records in STREAM table.
8. Create a REPORT to display the details of all the students.
