Policy making broadly refers to the process used by a government to decide what to do (or not to
do) about a public problem or issue that requires its attention and action.

Analysis:
A detailed examination of anything complex in order to understand its nature or to determine its
essential features thorough study.

Statistical analysis, or statistics, involves collecting, organizing and analyzing data based on
established principles to identify patterns and trends.
