Please bring a copy of this approved Work Permit to Level 2 Fire Command Centre to exchange for Security Pass. Only workers with approved
Work Permit will be allowed to carry out the works and should you have any query, please contact our Fire Command Centre at 6339 2602.

 Contractors shall make application for commencement of works at least 3 working days in advance
 Hacking/noisy works/ works generating pungent smell (such as paintings and use of thinner, glue) are allowed from 10.30pm to 7am only)
 No hacking or noisy works are allowed (all-day) on Sunday & Public Holidays.
 For Hot Works, contractors are required to fill up Hot Work Permit and submit to Centre Management Office for approval at least 2 working days before
the work is being carried out. Contractor is required to place their fire extinguisher at the work location during the Hot Work.
 Common area protection for works between 10.30pm to 7am on the following day.
 With delivery of materials, to protect Cargo lift, lift lobby, wall and floor along corridor from lift lobby to location of work.
 Without delivery of materials, to keep floor outside hoarding clean at all times.
 Contractors who are working along the corridor or in the common area shall protect wall and floor at the location of work.
