INTEGRAL RESISTANCE CALCULATION

Solving Transistor Equal Resistance with Integral:

We know that 𝐶𝐿 = 20𝑓𝐹 and to calculate 𝑡𝑃𝐻𝐿 we need to use 𝑡𝑃𝐻𝐿 = 0.69𝑅𝑛 𝐶𝐿 equation so we need to
calculate Resistance:

𝑉𝐷𝐷 𝑉𝐷𝐷

𝑉𝐷𝐷 𝑉 −𝑉 𝑉𝐷𝐷 𝑉out

1.65 80 × 10 × 2 × (2.6) 80 × 10−6

1.65 80 × 10−6

1.65 80 × 10 1.65
⇒ 𝑡𝑃𝐻𝐿 = 0.69 × 4.66kΩ × 20FF = 64.3PS
⇒ 𝑡𝑃𝐿𝐻 = 2.5𝑡𝑃𝐻𝐿 = 2.5 × 64.3 = 160.75PS
