Greetings!

This pertains to your request to harvest planted Ipil-ipil trees and to

convert into charcoal (uling) within the area under Project No. 47-D, Block A,
Timberland per LC Map No. 1967 duly certified on February 11, 1956 per
Certification issued by this Office on September 18, 2015 with Official Receipt
No. 4732625. Same has issued Certification from Barangay Upper Labay,
General Santos City by Punong Barangay Celso B. Sago on 17 June 2019 and
indorsed to this office on June 19, 2019 by City ENR Officer Valiente J.
Lastimoso, MPA.

Relative hereto, we are informing you that this office will dispatch
personnel to conduct verification on the ground of your request for a permit to cut/
harvest Ipil-ipil in the aforementioned area.
