Greetings!

On February 24, 2011. Executive Order (EO) No. 26 was issued, declaring
the implementation of the National Greening Program and to expand the
coverage of the NGP until year 2028, Executive Order (EO) No. 193, series of
2015 was issued.

This office is implementing the National Greening Program since 2011.


This program aims to contribute in reducing poverty among upland and lowland
poor households, indigenous peoples, and in coastal and urban areas. Fataldao
Upland Farmers Association is one of the beneficiaries of the said program with a
total area of development of 583 hectares located at Barangay San Jose,
General Santos City.

In line with this, Fataldao Upland Farmers Association is also one of the
identified associations to avail the Community Based Forest Management
Agreement (CBFMA) within our area of jurisdiction that aims to protect and
advance the right of the Filipino people to a healthful environment, improve their
socio-economic conditions and respect the rights of indigenous peoples to their
ancestral domains and which is renewable for 25 years.

Further, we would like to request for your availability on August 27, 2019,
Tuesday, to discuss on this matter.

located at Barangay San Jose, General Santos City.

This office identified your association to avail the Community Based Forest
Management Agreement (CBFMA) within our area of jurisdiction that aims to
protect and advance the right of the Filipino people to a healthful environment,
improve their socio-economic conditions and respect the rights of indigenous
peoples to their ancestral domains and which is renewable for 25 years.
