Freelancer Guidelines

1. Professional behavior with your colleagues and admins is expected and appreciated.
2. Take responsibility for your work and follow the work procedure correctly. Use support links when needed.
3. You need to wait at least 48hrs to get your problem solved by the team.
4. You have to avoid continuous calls to team members. This will rest duplicate requests and delay in response from the
team.
5. Quitting is not an option. No refund shall be made in case the freelancer quits before completing 5000 forms.
6. You are the only person responsible for your work, not the team, support staff, recruit members & management
7. You can not share your ID & Password with anyone.
8. Don't share your ID & Password with anyone.
9. The recruitment department can not help you with your work. avoid calling them for work-related issues instead of that

10. Only 5hrs Login is allowed for freelancers out of 24 hours.
11. Freelancers should use only one "Device & One Internet" to complete the project.
12. Payouts will be released only after the completion of 5000 forms & payment will credit only provided all forms are
correct.
13. Your ID is valid only for 1 year and you have to complete this project within 1 year.
14. Management has the right to deactivate the account if many repeated mistakes are found.
15. Server maintenance is conducted 2 days a week. During these days portals may not work.
16. Attending at least one meeting a month is compulsory for all freelancers.
17. Make sure that you are not forgetting to update the work report on a daily basis. The first time you may get an excuse
or username suspension for 2 days. Your username will be blocked for 4 days if the same is repeated.
18. Only one person from the same family is allowed to do the work & Multiple Users with the same internet and device are
not permitted.
Your Account will get "Blocked" Permanently if the below reasons
occur in your account
❖ Abusing support executive.
❖ Mistakes in forms after 2 warnings.
❖ Misusing company data.
❖ Misusing the company's existing freelancer contacts.
❖ More than 30 days of inactivity will lead to the deletion of the
username and form under this username. If this happens then you
will have to start from Zero forms.
❖ After Joining Dice, Promoting and sharing other companies' detail
with our existing freelancers is not allowed at all.
