These templates should be utilized to ensure all the necessary information is available, minimizing any
back-and-forth due to missing fields. Thank you for your cooperation. Here is a brief description of each
template to guide you in raising the appropriate one.

Load Balancer Templates:

Create Hyperscaler LB for INBOUND traffic from an INTERNAL source (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Internal Load balancer Creation. Access is Internal (Via VPN, Peering, Express route, Direct Connect or
Partner Interconnect)

Create Hyperscaler LB for INBOUND traffic from an EXTERNAL source (Azure/AWS/GCP)

External Load Balancer Creation. Access from Internet. By default, it is open to be accessible from
Internet.

Create Hyperscaler TCP/Network LB for INBOUND (Azure/AWS/GCP)

You can choose between Internal and External options. Please note that HTTP/HTTPS protocols for
External requests should not be raised using this template, as they will be rejected due to security
concerns.

Modify Hyperscaler Setup Parameters of an Existing LB (Azure/AWS/GCP)

If the Load Balancer already exists and there's a need to add, modify, or adjust the existing
configuration, timeout settings, ports, or any other changes, please proceed with this template.

Renew Hyperscaler SSL Certificate on LB (Azure/AWS/GCP)

If you have an External Facing (Internet Facing) or Internal load balancer and your certificate is
approaching expiration, please submit a request for renewal. However, for Azure Internal Load
Balancer, where the certificate is directly from the server, this process is not required. Instead, please
raise a "Configure SSL for Applications" request to renew the certificates on the servers.

Modify Hyperscaler WAF Policy (Azure/AWS/GCP)

If you encounter 403 Forbidden errors or suspect any blockages in Load Balancers, and these issues
aren't replicated when accessing the same application via VPN, kindly submit this request. It would
be highly beneficial if you could include a HAR capture when raising the ticket. If feasible, please use
the Chrome Browser to capture it. You can find guidance on how to capture a HAR file at the

Connectivity Templates:

Set Up Hyperscaler VPN Connection (AWS/Azure/GCP)

You need a new VPN Site-to-Site connection from your site.

Change Hyperscaler VPN configuration (Azure/AWS/GCP)

If a VPN already exists and you need to make changes such as adding or removing subnets or other
modifications specifically related to VPN, please use this request. Ensure to specify the Public IP of
your VPN device connecting to SAP under the "Peer IP of VPN."

Set Hyperscaler Azure ExpressRoute

Kindly use this template to submit requests for any of the following scenarios in Azure Express Route:
• New Circuit through partners
• Sharing ExpressRoute
• Direct (Physical Connection)

Setup Hyperscaler AWS Direct Connect

Kindly use this template to submit requests for any of the following scenarios in AWS Direct Connect:
• Dedicated Connections
• Hosted Connections
• Connecting to Direct Connect Gateway from ECS
• Hosted Virtual Interface

Setup Hyperscaler Google Cloud Interconnect

Kindly submit this template for the establishment of private connectivity in GCP.
