1. Combine the whole milk, condensed milk, corn, cheese, and sugar in a large bowl and stir until the sugar is dissolved. 2. Use a funnel to fill the plastic bags with the mixture up to ¾ full, leaving about 3 inches of plastic. Use thin chopsticks to push down any cheese or corn that may block the funnel. 3. Twist the remaining three inches of plastic until the tube is firm but not too tight, and tie it into a knot. 4. Arrange filled plastic tubes in a single layer on a flat dish and freeze for about 2 to 3 hours or until frozen.
