Procedure for membership (Diplomats)

To obtain membership of the Islamabad Club, diplomats need to follow the

following procedure:

1. Provide copy of diplomatic card issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

2. At the time of submission of membership form, the applicant will bring a
letter from the diplomatic mission accepting liability for any outstanding dues
of the member. In case the mission cannot guarantee settling of dues, the
candidate will get one permanent member of the Islamabad Club as a
proposer.
3. Applications for diplomatic membership will be forwarded to the
Administrator Islamabad Club for approval after being duly recommended by
the Secretary Islamabad Club.

3- Form processing fee will be charged at the time of submission of form.
4- ‘Letter of accepting liability for any outstanding dues’ regarding applicant’s membership must be attached
from the concerned embassy/mission/consulate OR signature of one permanent member of the Islamabad
