Participation in the "I-LAND2" Audition

CJ ENM Co., Ltd. seeks your consent in accordance with Articles 15, 22, and 23 of the
Personal Information Protection Act of Korea for the collection and use of personal
information of applicants participating in the I-LAND2 program. Please read the information
below carefully before deciding whether or not to agree.

■ Collection and Use of Personal Information

1. Items to be collected and used of personal information

- Date of birth, name, nationality and city of origin, current residence address, personal and
emergency contact No. (mobile/wire telephone No.), email address

2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

- Participate in Audition for the I-LAND2 Program; Participate in Audition for the I-LAND2
Program
Use of filming/recording information and I-LAND2 program broadcast and guide/notice of its
related information when participating in the audition; Information and response to inquiries for
the approved audition applicants; Delivery of information

3. Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information

- The I-LAND2 program will be discarded immediately upon termination of the main broadcast
or immediately after achieving the purpose of retention.
However, if it is necessary to preserve it in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations,
it will be destroyed immediately after storing it during that period.

4. Disadvantages in case of non-consent

- The information subject has the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal
information.
However, if you refuse to agree, you cannot participate in the I-LAND2 program audition.

※ Applicant must comply with the standard age of minors and related regulations for each country to which
the applicant belongs, and in the case of minors according to the standards for minors in each country to
which the applicant belongs, the applicant must submit materials that can confirm that the applicant has
received mandatory and legally consented with the consent of his parents or a person qualified as a legal
representative recognized by the country to which the applicant belongs. If the consent of the legal
representative is not obtained or if the written information is false, participation in the program will be
prohibited/restricted or dropped out, and we will not be held responsible for any problems arising from
minors and legal representatives not consenting.
※ If the data you submit includes personal information of a third party other than yourself (voice in the
video, iris, etc.), you must obtain consent from the third party before submitting it. If you do not receive
consent or submit falsely, you will not be able and restricted to participate in the program, or you will be
dropped out of the program, and we are not responsible for any problems arising from this issue.

1. Items to be collected and used of sensitive information

- Sensitive information included in self-introduction such as height/weight(health information etc.
according to the article 23 of personal information protection act), personal SNS account ID and
photos and video included in SNS, voice in the photo and video presented and personal
identifiable information, marital status, occupation, school/major, MBTI, awarding experience,
experience of broadcasting activity

2. Purpose of collecting and using sensitive information

- Filming/recording information when participating in I-LAND2 program audition, guide/notice of
information of using the I-LAND2 program broadcast, guide and questions about the audition
candidate approved and delivery of guidance

3. Retention and use period of sensitive information

- The personal information shall be discarded at the termination of the broadcast of I-LAND2
program or immediately after achieving the retention purpose.
However, if it is necessary to conserve it according to its related law, the personal information
shall be discarded after conserving it during the period.

4. Disadvantages in case of non-consent

- The information subject has the right to refuse consent of collecting and using the personal
information.
However, if you refuse the consent, you cannot participate in the I-LAND2 program audition.
