We are thrilled to have your child join us in our pre-primary program!

As we
prepare for the start of the academic year, we would like to provide you with
some important instructions to ensure a smooth transition for your child:

 School Timings: School timings will be updated soon, Please ensure that
your child arrives on time each day to maximize their learning
opportunities.
 Labeling Items: To prevent any confusion or mix-ups, please label all items
that you send with your child, including their school bag, water bottle,
lunch box and any other personal belongings.
 Packing Lunch: There will be only one break so kindly pack only one lunch
box and one water bottle for your child each day. We encourage nutritious
meals that are easy for your child to eat independently.
 Extra Clothing and Hankies: Please include an extra set of clothing for your
child in case of emergencies such as spills or accidents. Additionally,
provide two handkerchiefs to keep your child comfortable throughout the
day.
 Books, Notebooks and Stationery: Ensure that your child brings all
required books, notebooks and stationery items according to the provided
list. This will help them engage effectively in classroom activities and
assignments.
 Attendance Policy: If your child is unable to attend school due to illness,
family emergencies or other unavoidable circumstances, please notify the
school as soon as possible. You can report absences by:

Calling the school office and speaking with the concerned teacher or
sending a leave application

 Communication and support channels :We foster open communication

and collaboration through Parent-teacher conferences to discuss students’
academic progress and growth. You can schedule an appointment with the
concerned teacher and can meet in the school. Here at Ravenwood, we
follow a hierarchy and we wI’ll request you to do the same. If you face any
challenges/issues please follow this ladder, please call or message the
 concerned teacher first, We are sure your query will be solved in case it is
not solved please see the class teacher, if even then your query is not
resolved please feel free to schedule a meeting and reach this e academic
head’s office.
 Calling hours – Calling to the teacher during school hours is strictly
prohibited in case of an emergency, you can call at the front office contact
number, and if you want to contact a class teacher you can call in the
evening timings - 5-6 pm or drop a message in case your call is not picked
by the teacher, she will revert you as soon as possible.
