PERSONAL GOALS

Ayanah Garma
My personal goal is to start improving my meals. Because I use to eat mostly oily
and dry food. Which is not good for our health and because not eating nutritious
food leads you to unhealthy body.

-improve fitness level, build strength and enhance my overall health.

- My personal goal is to establish a consistent nightly routine that allows for
8 hours of quality sleep. I aim to be in bed by 9;00 pm and wake up at 5;00
am every day, including Saturday and Sundays to regulated my body’s
internal clock.

- I want to avoid playing games to improve my mental health.

- I want to less screen time to improve mental health and reduce eye strain.

- I want to improve my healthy habits to increase productivity and have a
healthier lifestyle.

such as I am competent.
FAMILY GOALS

-my family goal is we want to improve our time together as a family so we aim to
have bonding time every weekend, just like spending more time to each other.
JULIANA GABRIEL
-our family will participate in physical activities together, aiming to boost our
overall health and fitness while also strengthening our bond.
SHAHANIE LEI BACUYAG
-my family will set aside to evening per week, specifically Saturday and Sunday
from 6;00 pm to 8:00 pm for family bonding activities. The activities will range
from indoor games, educational projects, to outdoor activities like cycling or
walking.
ZENN CASTUERAS
-our family will engage in a weekly exercise routine that includes a variety of
activities.

-Our family will focus on maintaining good health by adopting healthier eating
habits, engaging in regular physical activity and prioritizing mental well being.

-I want to improve our day of rest, relaxation, and enjoyment around spending

-My goal for our community is to prioritize cleanliness by involving
residents in keeping our sidewalks and streets clean. We aim to create
a clean environment for everyone.
JULIANA GABRIEL
-Our community will participate in weekly group exercise events,
striving to enhance overall fitness and health fostering a sense of unity.
SHAHANIE LEI BACUYAG
-organize a community clean up event in which volunteers will work
together to pick up litter at public spaces such as streets.
JHOEBEL JERUSALEM
-I want to engage in community sports events to foster a sense of unity
within the community through sports promoting physical activity and
social interaction
RANDEVH AGCAOLI
-Increase participation in community sports activities by organizing
weekly basketball games at gymnasium.
ZENN CASTUERAS:
Establish a youth players in the community to promote physical activity,
teamwork, and sportsmanship.
TYRONE ARANAS:
Conduct clean up drive where residents come together to pick litter.
