PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION 2023/2024

Brief Instruction:

1. Each member is assigned a partner while working with their assigned

classes at different time slots, take note of your time slot and come 10
minutes earlier.

2. At 7:30, assigned members for first time slot must meet in the hall from
13/3 to 15/3 and get into groups (1 editorial senior + 1 editorial junior), get
ready with the namelist that you are in charge of (will be provided at the
venue)
1. Photoshoot session will start at 9.30 (Wednesday), 8.30 (Thursday)
and 8.10 sharp (Friday), . Members should start to go to your
assigned classes 10 minutes earlier and guide them to the hall.
Have one of you follow the namelist, position the students by
height.
2. Have your partner be in charge of ticking off the names and mark
who is absent. Once everyone is positioned check if anyone needs
to be switched (due to height reasons etc.).
3. Work quickly to get through each class during the allocated time
slot
4. Partners may switch often depending on how the schedule is
assigned so take note of your partners for each slot

3. Boys should be positioned on top, girls on the bottom. Let the homeroom
teacher sit at the bottom row in the middle with student leaders arranged
on the same row to both sides of the teacher.

4. Exemption letter will be made, and an announcement will be made as well

to inform students about the photoshoot.
