Warm greetings!

Our IP students need medical and dental services considering their present health status per
record from this office. These students need support from our stakeholders in whatever forms because
their parents could not provide even for their daily subsistence.

We come to you then to knock your doors of generosity to extend to us help and assistance
whenever you have a program like giving medicines and other medical supplies for common illnesses.
We also appreciate if a tooth extraction will be scheduled for us, hence; toothache remains the leading
cause of absenteeism in this institution. We pitied our students because we could not provide medicines
when they are sick more so in providing a budget for tooth extraction.

Your generosity is always appreciated and may God bless you more and grant the desires of your
heart and to your co-workers as well.
