Macrolid
• Erythromycin:
• chỉ td trên VK Gr(+)
• TDP: buồn nôn, nôn
• Dùng cách mỗi 6h
• Roxithromycin:
• Chỉ td trên VK Gr(+)
• Dùng cách mỗi 12h
• Clarithromycin và Azithromycin
• Td trên VK Gr (+) và Gr (-)
• TDP: thận trọng với suy tim, kéo dài QT
• Midecamycin:
• Td trên VK Gr (+) và Gr (-)
• Lưu ý: Macrolid ức chế CYP3A4 à tương tác thuốc
Fluoroquinolon
• Norfloxacin: SKD 20%, dùng cho tiêu chảy
• Ciprofloxacin: SKD 80%, dùng cho psedomonas
• Ofloxacin: điều trị lao
• Levofloxacin, moxifloxacin: quinolon hô hấp, điều trị lao
• Sitafloxacin: kháng ESBL
• Prulifloxacin: TDP ít
• Fluoroquinolon
• có thể ức chế CYP1A2 (tt với warfarin)
• thấm dễ vào trong mô
• Tdp: kéo dài QT, giảm/tăng đường máu, độc tính với gan, viêm gân…)
KS kháng VK Gr (-) đa kháng thuốc (Anti-MDR-gram
negative bacteria)
• Ceftazidim/avibactam
• Meropenem-vaborbactam
• Imipenem-cilastatin-relebactam
• Cefiderocol
KS kháng MRSA
• Vancomycin
• Chỉ dùng cho MRSA với MIC ≤ 1 mg/L
• Tigecyclin:
• Clindamycin:
• có thể dùng với VK kị khí ở phổi
• Có thể gây tiêu chảy do clostridium do đó nếu bn bị tiêu chảy do dùng Clindamycin nên
kiểm tra clostridium

results of the 16 studies included in the meta-analysis. The relative risk (RR) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) are shown for each study. The pooled RR,
represented by the diamond at the bottom of the figure, is 1.85 (95% CI 1.39– 2.47, P , 0.001). There was significant heterogeneity among the study results
