VI. Rationale:
The Alternative Learning System (ALS) will conduct of Virtual Completion Ceremony of
ALS Completers of SY 2019-2020 and the previous years with the theme: “Access to learning
opportunities amidst pandemic through Lifelong Learning”. In preparation of the Virtual
Completions our Learners will gather for the pictorial will be on May 19, 2021 and Live streaming
on June 10, 2021. The participants will charge for their Transportation expenses and Lunch, snacks,
certificate holder, photographer/videographer and other miscellaneous expenses shall be charged to
school Mooe and other sources (LGU,PTA) Subject to usual accounting rules and regulations.
Legal Basis: DepEd Div. Memorandum No. 121, s. 2021
VI. Budgetary Requirements:
1 Meal & 1 Snack 35 Learners x 150 = 5,250.00

TRAINING DESIGN

I. Rationale:

The Alternative Learning System (ALS) in our Municipality is will implemented to anchor
the Department of Education thru the K-12 Curriculum. Hence, the ALS has no MOOE budget to
support to our learners need such as school supplies, materials for the printing of modules
especially this time of pandemic in which is the modular learning mode. The ALS District
implementers would like to ask the barangay for the assistance of our learners.
We the ALS implementers of Las Nieves -I would like to thanks to the BLGU and
stakeholders for the support extended to the ALS programs and projects to uplift the Out of School
Youth and Adults.

II. Budgetary Requirements:

Purchase of School Supplies for ALS Learners =3,000.00

NARRATIVE REPORT

The Las Nieves District 1 school administrators and School Coordinators was conducted
the Leadership among school leaders & Coordinators Training for three (3) days to motivate the
personnel to work together and to develop their strengths and to address any weaknesses. To
exercise the collaboration and to prepare individuals to conduct rigorous and relevant education
that advances knowledge within the field and addresses issues important to education in the
country. Leadership training provide leaders with the skills they need to execute goals and
strategies and to deliver the good results.
It was participated by the district Administrators and School Coordinators last September
21-23, 2022. We the Administrators of the of Las Nieves District-I would like to thanks to the LGU
led by the Hon. Mayor Karen S. Rosales for the support extended to the programs and projects
within the district. The Leadership among school leaders & coordinators was conducted
successfully.

learners cum Barangayan with the theme:” Pagkilala sa Kulturang Filipino Tungo sa Kapayapaan,
Pagkakaisa, at Pagbabago”. On November 16, 2018 at Capitol Covered Court, Butuan City. The
Division Festival of Talents aims to showcase and evaluate learners’ talents and skills through
exhibitions of their products, services, and performances.

TRAINING DESIGN

I. Rationale:

Education is very important to all of us as it plays very important roles in

our life. In order to live a better and peaceful life, we need to be educated. It
transforms us completely from inside and outside by changing our mind and
personality as well as improving our confidence level. It changes our life
completely as it is constructive in nature. This COVID-19 pandemic that hits
around the world is first and foremost a health crisis. Many countries have
decided to close schools. Teaching in different mode, on an untested and
unprecedented scale. Student assessments are also moving with a lot of trial and
error and uncertainty for everyone.

Going to school is what the children and parents are longing to happen in
Municipality of Las Nieves because in school they were able to read and write
with the help of the teachers who are experts with this matter unlike parents
teaching their children at home having no background at all. Parents who
suffered financial crisis cannot attend to facilitate the learning of their children
since they are both busy earning to have food for the table. Some of the parents
were not able to read and write and how can we expect them to teach their
children at home?

The Members of the Local School Board supports the program and projects
of Deped for the Brigada Pagbasa, and WINS to purchase printers, RISO, and
hand washing facilities to be used in schools during Pandemic.
