Dear Rajesh Nadem,

We regret to inform you that your long-term contract with Schneider Electric India Pvt Ltd will not be
continued after the completion of the prestigious US Federal project. Unfortunately, the client has
decided to transition the current project to an onshore team, resulting in the termination of the entire
offshore team with immediate effect.

Your contract period is scheduled to end on May 16, 2024, and it is expected that all your assigned
tasks will be completed by this date. Additionally, please ensure that your desk key and ID badge are
returned to the security desk on the last day of your contract period, May 16, 2024.

I understand that this news may come as a disappointment, and I want to express my sincere
appreciation for your hard work and dedication throughout your time with Schneider Electric India Pvt
Ltd. Your contributions to the US Federal project have been invaluable, and we are grateful for your
efforts.

We wish you all the best in your future endeavors, and if there is anything we can assist you with
