5 (a) DESIGNATION.—The facility of the United States

1 Port St. Lucie, Florida, shall be known and designated
2 as the ‘‘Trooper Zachary Fink Post Office Building’’.
3 (b) REFERENCES.—Any reference in a law, map, reg-
4 ulation, document, paper, or other record of the United
5 States to the facility referred to in subsection (a) shall
6 be deemed to be a reference to the ‘‘Trooper Zachary Fink
7 Post Office Building’’.
